Does /fa/ cook? What do you cook? Favorite meals? What did you eat for dinner today?

Pic related, marinated some tofu in sweet and sour sauce + rice.
>yfw that ain't sweet and sour in the rice, that's sriracha.

Favorite meal?

Two tilapia fillets seasoned with salt, pepper, italian herbs, and lime. Tiny bit of tartar sauce and then some good hot sauce too. Get like 40g of protein at less than 300 calories.

Usually pretty much just eat nonfat yogurt with agave syrup, chicken, or turkey. For the latter two, I'll pop the meat on a bed of spinach and season with salt, pepper, and cumin and a slap on a tiny bit of ketchup. I'll have some tofu stir fry every now and then too.

yeah. /ck/ was my first blue board home after leaving /b/ a long time ago. went pretty hard into it for a while, even made an infographic or two, know how to chop things up real proper with a chef's knife. actually just started getting into salads.

here's a good dressing recipe I found:
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 medium garlic clove, minced or pressed through garlic press (about 1 teaspoon)
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon table salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons juice from 1 lemon
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Why would you eat tilapia? Most tilapia in stores is farm raised on corn and soy, which makes it far less nutritious than other fish. It also tastes like nothing.
