Get one size up, thats what I had to do cause I'm a size 11 US in nikes so I got the 45 (equivalent to 46) shit. They fit and feel just right so I'd imagine if I tried exact sizing it would of been fucked for me. The size chart is based off the Chinese demographic so thats why anons have been saying get a size up and you should be fine.
