It's pretty simple actually. No pre-packaged snack foods or chips. I like vegetables in hummus or fresh fruit.

Drink a lot of water too, great for your skin and takes the edge off your hunger so you don't eat continuously through the day.

Eat low GI stuff like porridge, wholegrains, nuts. It keeps you feeling full. Also bananas but you should exercise rather than rely on starving yourself.
