Buy some Jason Markk or Angelus shoe cleaner to clean them up every here and there because some stains only get worse when left on
When storing, keep them in a clean place
If it's really your grail and you wear it once a year, then I'd say go as far as wrapping them in cling film (never have done, but I've seen it done) if you just love them to death and wish to never have them exposed to horrible air pollutants

The thing I liked about the last round of Raf x Adidas was the strange iridescent puffy jewel-like shapes that gave the pieces a futuristic aesthetic.
