Used to be around 58kg about six months ago. Started eating really shitty, never working out either.
I had this really gnarly binge this past week. Drank all day every day, ate tons of fast food and other shit. Woke up three days ago and felt awful and bloated and disgusting.
Deciding to drop red meat from my diet as well as all the other "unnecessary" crap. Going to quit drinking for a while too, start walking to work (six miles a day). Not going to be that big of an issue since for the past few days every time I've looked at a bag of chips or a hamburger I've wanted to puke.
