OP, stay lean. If you do 15 rep sets x 5 with a lighter weight, you'll lose fat and gain but won't bulk. Obviously don't do shit that you can only do like 5-8 reps of unless you wanna bulk up. Perhaps try working the secondary muscles in each region instead of primary (i.e. Triceps instead of Biceps) to tone but not bulk.

To maintain your weight I'm pretty sure you're supposed to eat about 15 x your current weight in calories/day. Minimize on fat intake (though it's necessary to absorb nutrients), as well as carbs. Get enough protein though. I suggest perusing the /fit/ sticky.

Otherwise you could do something more /fa/, just binge/purge. or only eat like 1000 calories a day spread out as much as possible to maintain a fast metabolism. Drink lots of caffeine to lose all your water weight and look more defined.

Your noob gains will slow down after about 6-8 weeks, so after that point don't worry too much anyways.
