Eh. I have pretty tiny legs. I tried sizing down to a 29 in black power stretch, but it was giving me a muffin top so I am gonna size up to a size 30. (my size 31s stretched out too much and so I can't really stack them)

If the muffin top will go away, I'd totally backtrack and keep them because they fit nice throughout the leg other than that. Any advice? I'm also starting to lift if it helps.

I can probably tailor them thinner I suppose.
