what do I wear w/ dark green pants or should I just exchange them for charcoal
pic related the pants in question (they're greener in natural light)

Black? I really can't imagine what the difficulty is. Do you have shades that are too similar to it? What problem are you encountering?

>> No.7083647

different hues of similar darkness and saturation. Nearly any brown you can imagine. Black. I would say avoid maroon or cordovan.

I'm talking more tops
I mean I like the colour but I ordered charcoal and they sent me emerald

>> No.7083676

don't you know better by now, of all people?

wear with other ervell, or raf, especially the last two or three collections. also jil when raf designed for the jil men's collections. lanvin or prorsum also is ok.

I don't see how a crisp white shirt won't set the green into nice, stark relief.

alright I think I'll keep them
charcoal would be better now but emerald will be better in the long run I think

Wear it like charcoal
srs

Most of the contrast we notice comes from disparity in value
imo hues are really only super relevant when that disparity in value isn't there

basically any light colored low-mid saturation shirt will look good

then wear a mid-darkness mid-high saturation sweater/jacket whatever over it

it's a bbbf knit and patty jacket
prob. my fav. outfit I've tried on w/ those pants

>> No.7085307

I'd definitely say keep it
I'm sure you have plenty shirts you could wear with it, your Ervell seersucker or your TB oxford, and then just cuff them and wear with a pair of black oxfords or s/t
Also, how does Ervell shirting fit? I'm a 1 in TB shirting and an S in Uniqlo for reference, should I go for an S? I just want the club collar shirt, is it relatively slim fitting?

looks really nice man

btw do you own a patty baseball knit? does it fit as bulky as it looks

>> No.7085311

Lighter green pants and a pinkish shirt can work. (for casual.)
