Hey /fa/ I've had an issue with pants and odd looking bulge shape when sitting down at the zipper. It kind of is like pic but thinner.

It makes me self concious. Is this normal for pants to do? I usually wear regular fit levi's.

yes, it's absolutely normal and not really avoidable. when you sit, your lap effectively shrinks. the fabric has to go somewhere.

button flies or bottoms without flies do minimize it, because zippers will buckle when they bend while fabric will just fold over itself.

It's pretty normal. Unless you make it really obvious people probably aren't gonna notice.

If it REALLY bothers you, see if a button fly makes any difference. Alternatively, try a pant with a longer rise.

Good know. It doesn't bother me much so I just leave it.

In the past it did and one time when I didn't think anyone was there/looking I pushed the bulge down flat and when I looked up some guy was looking at me and then looked away.

The whole point was not look like i had a boner...
