It could be. Toss out one of the desk. Rearrange chair/sofa/table, fill in the shelfs and get some drapes. If you can't fill out the shelfes, get rid of one of the sections and put up some large prints that are not movie posters.

Of course you can. Architecture is a broader field though and even sets you up somewhat for interior. If thats what you really want to do when you finish the bachelor then go for it.
