You could probably thrift something? $200 is pretty low for wool, so if you have to stick to that budget, be prepared for a lot of acrylic/nylon in that blend. You could try low/mid-end boutique brands like Shades of Grey, Life After Denim, etc. Just don't expect too much in terms of quality. You'll occasionally see shit like Gloverall on Gilt. And Fidelity does a pretty nice made in U.S. one for less than you'd expect.

Gustav material – I got the pants – is really warm; lounging in a house with a furnace on will make you sweat. Kind of scratchy at the beginning, goes away after you wear it once or twice.

I live in Canada and paid $55 customs on a $140 order. Not sure if US customs are similar or not.

The second one is not bad either but I liked this the most among them all. I prefer simplicity and comfort in boots and avoid excessive details and unnecessary repetition in design.
