No hat at all, but if you're thin and don't look like a fat golfer, a newsboy hat might work, but 90% of the time, most hats look bad on people aside from trucker and snapbacks.

Casual - snapbacks (doesnt have to be some swag shit)

Formal/semiformal - No headwear
