oh and by the way OP the only places that sell reasonably long, slim fitting clothes are H&M and Uniqlo. You'll have better luck with shirts at uniqlo and pants at h&M

yeah, this. the mediums at h+m are actual mediums to me and the smalls are too small in the chest and arm length like they should be.

although I'm a skinnyfat at 6' 155lb so these may still be too loose for you.

I know that feel all to well OP.
6'
skinny as hell (143lbs)

I get S for everything aswell, and it's hard to come across shirts that don't end just below my belly button. And ones that were the perfect size got destroyed and shrinked in the washmachine. Luckily this shirt in pic is a shirt from H&M, paid a lil' extra than normal and this shirt has o.k. length and hasn't lost its shape or size since I bought it 4 months ago.

Just ordered some S shirts from COS and Riverisland, hope they prove to be of better quality than H&M and aren't made for fat manlets.

Other than that all you can do is bulk up/work out if you want better fitting shirts (what I'm in the process of doing). Otherwise you gotta spend ridiculous amounts of money on designer shirts (Rick Owens?).

For casual shirts I have just given up on them being long enough. I just roll em sleeves up. There is one option costume shirts. Hear me out, it can be expensive...but there is a website called http://itailor.com which I have heard good things about. The only problem is it takes a bit of time to be made, and I have heard the first shirt is always a little off. But once you figure out your measurements its all good.

>>6797674
This doesn't work really. Mediums the arms don't get lengthened, and larges have to much fabric to be tailored correctly. Best bet is ordering a medium tall online and seeing what can be done.

What do you mean? I don't have a barbell in my home gym. Just two extendable dumbbells.

>>6798200
I'm 21, I admit I hate weighing this little but it's my own fault for the bad lifestyle I've lived.

My goal is to become 165lbs within this year. Is it possible?

How long have you been lifting? And I'm guessing you started lifting because you were big/fat in the first place?

>> No.6798662

>>6797733

there are patterns for every body shape but limiting your shopping to those patterns reduces your selection by about 90%. if I can find a shirt that I like in every other aspect except the waist is too large or the sleeves don't come in the right length, I'll pay an extra $10-30 and get a shirt that I actually like.

there's a shirtmaker in my city who sells shirts that fit me just great but he has exactly 3 styles of RTW and the construction is utter shit. instead I go with a brand of foreign made shirts that have awesome proportions in everything except the sleeve length which is a cheap and easy fix.

>> No.6798701

easy:

1. take it to the tailor
2. say "I'd like to shorten the sleeves"

5. you ask when it will be ready
6. you come back when it's ready and you pay the fee
