I'm friends with a couple of runway models and one more professional (elle cover, photoshoots, catalogue, etc)

Most of them are just genetically blessed. They eat like horses yet keep themselves skinny as fuck. They all smoke though so it's a bit hunger reducing. None of them do any exercise, they say they want to start lifting and so on but they never really get to it. The smallest one is lactose intolerant and got a stomach ulcer which makes her throw up certain foods if she forget to eat her meds.
