Nice, I saw a dude in what I'm pretty sure was that exact pair the other day (in Perth, no less) and was 'mirin.

My favourites that I own are probably my most recent cop, black leather Rick Ramones sneakers. Been wearing them laceless for that max chillin' look.

Before that though, a tie between my Ann Ds (mad comfy), Silent hightops and, while maybe not technically sneakers, my Gram 400g in black nubuck suede (pictured)

Don't really regret any style-wise, but have bought a few pairs that were the wrong size so that's always a bummer.

Kinda regret passing on a < $200 pair of KVA hightops that I really liked, but I think they run big anyway.

I wish I could afford a stack more, of course. Would cop if I had the funds some Ann D highs, stuff by Devoa, A1923, Boris, and for sure some Rick OG dunks + islands.

very, like I was saying about the rubber unlike most pairs of converse I've had (I've had alot of converse so I thought it was time for an upgrade) the rubber doesn't get that hard shiny and dry feeling after 10+ wears. The canvas is also pretty burly and easy to clean. Will cop again when high tops are released after December.

That's fucking awesome. I wish more African style would influence European menswear.

I was very (positively) surprised at the "lunar core" vibe these sneakers gave off.
They were also much more massive and rigid-feeling than I had imagined them to be, it almost feels like I have boots on when I wear them, which I am perfectly fine with.
Combine this with all the details make them more than your average white sneakers.
