Ate nothing but whole wheat bread, shitton of oatmeal + fruit. Only had two dumbbells at my disposal so I kind of crafted my own full body workout with dumbbells, probably going to get myself a gym membership very soon. You serious? If so, thanks. Those two-three months were my only real months of lifting. Have taken a break since my gf broke up with me in June.

I'm 6'3 170, tried to cut to 150 once for a grappling tournament. made it to 154 3 days out at about 3% BF, even after 3 days of cutting (no food or and very little water) I couldn't lose anymore weight and felt awful. not all body types can take it
