And that is disputing my point how? Look i have seen from my own experience how hard it is for fat people to lose weight. My older brother was a really fat kid, when he hit puberty he started kickboxing and became a real strong guy. Always big, but not fat. And now he is older again and due to laziness (buying candy and chips, eating fat shitty foods like microwave cheeseburgers) he is becoming fat again. And again he had to radically change his lifestyle and lose that excessive weight. Sure he had lots of support (we are all skinny, well mostly, except him, so we are all pretty hard for him) but i really admire how he pulled through and is starting to look good again.

Yadda yadda, i agree with your points but that doesn't refute the face that it is still possible to come out of the negative spiral and lose the fucking weight. It's just like quitting smoking, a life long battle versus yourself.
