Just download a program called Photoshop (for Mac OR Windows). You may need to restart your computer after the install, but i'll be damned if a bitch interfere.

Open the program, create a new project. You'll be asked what size document you want to make. Select "pixesl" not inches (pixels are squares from NES) and make the width 2364 and the height 1296.

Now you should have a blank white workspace. Make a solid black layer, this will be the background.
Now you'll need to find the images you want to use for the infograph. I'd recommend opening up your internet browser and going on http://images.google.com/
Type in whatever you want into the box and when you find an image you like, open it in a new tab.
Right click (or control click) "copy." This will allow you to essentially copy the image into your own Photoshop creation!

Go back to Photshop and press CommandV which will paste an exact copy of the picture into the document.

Now you're gonna have to get more technical, but you can do it with practice.
Press Cmd T. This is called "free transform" and it will allow you to resize the image to however you dream it.
When you find the size you want, press Enter.

Now you can go back to Google images and find even more pics to use.

You can add Text in Photoshop as well!
Just select the T from the toolbar on the left of the screen. Click where you want to type and type away! Violin, you've got your own custom made Infograph!

The thing about this style is that it's almost never seen in public. The vast majority of goff / rick / biebercore pics are taken in the basement of the wearer's parents. The rare outdoor shots are, like the ones in OP's pic, fucking hilarious.
