I'm sortof tired of my pants /fa/..
I own.. too much fucking denim
And my thighs aren't flattering in them
the good thing is, I've learned how tiny tiny differences in silhouette play and either perfect or throw out an outfit, and I found a few things I love, but I'm swamped now in a redundant fit with a different colourway

but anyways.. my point is I want to get out of trying to fit everything perfectly (pants that is), and well denim altogether.
I want comfort yeah, but I'm not going back to shit fits, lazy looking sloppy stuff.
I'm just realizing I'm not a model and I'd probably do better in fits that didn't make me look like I wish I had model legs.
That and I want to be able to lift without worrying 'oh no will my thighs ruin my silhouette ??'

So /fa/, can you recommend something for a guy like me? Brands, styles, (NEED some cargos for example)

my style/lifestyle in a nut shell..
masculine, tech, lifting, biking, working class, versatile,

pic related, that's how all my pants fit right now.

well stop lifting then
>NEED some cargos for example
why? cargos are awful 99% of the time
>that's how all my pants fit right now
fit in the pic is alright, whats your problem?

fuck, oh yeah my budget is under $200 please.
I'd really like to come under $150 a pair but I'm good with bargain/sales so if it's worth mention and over $200 I'd like to know.

an example of a more ideal fit for my thigh here.

can someone tell me, is the difference here between my OP pic and this one really the dimensions of the pants being worn, or does this man simply have skinnier legs?
if I have larger legs, can I pull off the same silhouette with a larger thigh dimension or would it through it all off?

tight thigh straight leg pants to me look prep, and prep requires a beautiful face or it's looks tryhard. my face just isn't abercrombie/RL tier so I don't do prep.

I don't mind the concept, but that image is no good to me, you know those bastards have low bf, and being models they probably have under 10 inch thighs
if I wore those I bet the pleat would pull flat.

>>6385135
those are all just like, your opinions man.
my fashion isn't my lifestyle, this board can be a little too purist sometimes. I want my style to reflect my lifestyle not the other way. Cargos are shit 90% of the time, but if you haven't compiled a single decent tech outfit your opinion's stretched.

yes, you need skinny legs for slim jeans and no it will not look similar with fit legs and wider jeans. why would you even want to have massive bulky legs in the first place?

the way it's fitting him is basically spot on what I'm looking for.
My only problem is that it says 11 inch thigh, whereas my N&F models all say 11.5 (both WG and SG models)

is there a variation in the way each has been measured?
my thigh at the bulk is fucking 11.5 exactly.

they probably didn't measure it at the top if the thigh, but about an inch down. apc is stocked everywhere, if you live in a big city you probably have one, check their website, there should be a list

I don't want massive bulky legs man
I don't even squat because I don't see a point
but I love sprinting, I like cycling hard, I'm not saying I want big thighs, I'm just looking for pants that compliment my legs better with the thighs my lifestyle has for me.
sure I could go on a cut, maybe I could even starve for a bit and lose some mass in my thighs, but I'm too active for that, and I care more about my lifestyle than my clothes, I just love clothes too.

>>6385166
I can relate to that guy, those or my legs basically.
513 is a perfect fit on me, balance of tight and straight, I think 501 is bigger and lower rise?

>>6385197
like an inch down from where the inseam/crotch is?
I always figured they should measure at the bulk but idk.
I'm going to take a trip to toronto and try on tons of shit, in the meantime I have like 6 pairs of N&F to sell.

>> No.6385222

I'm a bit ashamed to suggest this, but you could try drop-crotch jeans or pants to hide your thighs. Just not the shit diaper kind like Lil' Wayne.
