So i just got a job working at the counter at a restaurant taking calls and stuff. I was under the impression that i needed dressy shoes but the dude next to me was wearing black nike free runs, and one of the servers was wearing black like vans or something similar.

So i just need something comfortable (i'm standing for hours at a time), something that i can beat up a little, and something pretty subtle. They have to be black, too. Something similar to those nikes might work. Could anyone recommend me any black trainers?

Also, could i wear black jeans if i was wearing trainers? I mean they'd look pretty stupid with dress slacks. And i mean that girl was wearing jeans, and i'm gonna have an apron over my waist anyway..

nah, there isn't any all black frees. you can remove the nike logo with some "goof off" or any adhesive remover. you'll still be stuck with the white sole, though.

or you could just cop some all black roshes:

No black sole doe. And I'm in the US too, I mean this was literally the only place I could find anywhere that still had them stocked.

>>6299744
well if i was getting one with the white sole i might as well just cop the normal black/white ones instead of trying that hard to look for wovens

i know it depends on my manager and stuff, but do you think having the white sole/swoosh would be that noticable or offensive?

Also no one answered, could i just wear black jeans if i was wearing nikes? like w/ a black button down and belt too.

Sorry for the long link...but I use some black pair of skinny pants from asos for work and they are pretty good for long shifts. black pants and black shoes are fine.
