I am definitely open to suggestions.
I own a black dress shirt (it is grossly pleated. Left over from my old Hot Topic days) and I love the way it looks on me.

I am not afraid of colors or anything, I just like the very somber look of black.

you want just a black button shirt not a "dress shirt". also i rock a black button down with white/cream buttons, black levi's 511 jeans, black socks, and all black nikes, with either a black supreme camp or a black carhartt beanie (sometimes also wear a taped seam black rain jacket) pretty frequently and i think its a good look. probably gonna get hate for all my "pleb brands" but w/e i think its a cheap way to wear all black nicely.

imo, the juxtaposition of slender body + baggy clothes emphasizes your malnourishment by implying that you're too small to find clothes that fit
