The brown ones are Bally Scribes, the model is discontinued now but they release double monks quite often.

Brown suede are Crockett and Jones Lowndes, one of their more popular models and available from barneys et al.

The black ones are leather wing tips from Bally's regular range. They're about 5 years old so i'm not sure if you'd be able to get the exact ones.
