I've been browsing for about 6 months now, tweaking my tastes and trying to figure out what i like and what i dislike. This is where the problem arises.

I like a lot from every style and i can't pick one to focus on buy some outfits for. If i just buy pieces i'll buy a bunch of shit that doesn't go together at all.

What should i do?

get your basic tops and bottoms to give your wardrobe a good foundation. you can basically tweak all of your basic fits with w/e from there and start branching out it to whatever style(s)

just buy cool pieces that you really feel, and if you feel like nothing in your wardrobe matches them, get some pieces to go with them. but you don't need to pick a style, the mix of things you eventually buy and wear will be your style. "your style" doesn't mean anything if it's defined by someone else

I mean, I like yuketen, post overalls, yohji yamamoto, and carol christian poell, and that may make no sense, but finding a way to make sense of all of it is what makes "fashion" fun

When you go to buy new pieces, just think about what you would wear it with first. Don't buy anything unless you know what it'll go well with. And once you get a feel for it and start to develop your own style, you can experiment a little bit with it.You don't have to subscribe to any specific style, just start buying nice things that go with what you already have. Also, quality is better than quantity.
