I need a new wardrobe and happen to have a decent amount of cash lying around.

I looked at the sticky to see which clothing stores I should buy from but stores like ASOS and the like all sell "plebish" clothes like graphic tees etc.

I don't really have a great idea what to buy and I'm not really sure what style I should go for. (I'm pretty introverted so I don't want to go for anything too flashy).

Could you recommend me some good stores that I can buy from online? (Not too expensive I have about 500 pounds to spend on a new wardrobe. I could spend a lot more but as I'm new to this I don't want to make an investment that I'll regret later).

I'll post my inspiration folder in return.

TL;DR - Good clothing stores that aren't ASOS etc?

You can buy non pleby clothes from the sites listed in the sticky...

Since you're using pounds I guess you're in England. You might hate the idea, but Primark. Seriously. Most of the clothes there are shit, but they have some decent stuff.

The chinos are very nice. Good fit, cheap as shit and very well built.

Shirt quality is pretty good too, but the fit isn't the best.

Other than that I don't really know. Bought a few things there when I visited London. As long as you buy one-colored things, or whatever, no one will notice that you bought them there. Besides, who the fuck cares about brands...

>>6015156
I'll probably buy some cheap t shirts from there to bulk up a bit but I'm looking for more interesting designs or at least something different.

Oh suddenly remembered Bershka. I love that store. So many nice clothes. Wish we had it were I live though.

Well, you're only looking at active sports clothing. What about the plain t-shirts?

Not a fan of the shape, the sleeves are a little long and probably won't fit very well.

Anyone know any stores like http://www.oki-ni.com/ just a little less expensive?

>>6015324

I don't even understand the point of asking. The whole point of Oki-ni is that it carries specialty luxury and streetwear brands that have specific looks and styles. The only way you go cheaper is to loose a lot of the details that make those styles appealing in the first place.

I know, maybe it wasn't a good example. I'm just saying that I want stuff that's better quality than ASOS but less than oki-ni.

Maybe I'm going about this all wrong but my line of thought is that there must some middle ground in terms of style.

Or at least are there any other stores that are similar quality to ASOS but are less well known so they have different styles?

End Clothing?

>> No.6015401

>>6015383
End Clothing is good.

PROTIP:
Sometimes there are HUGE variations in price between the British and US version of the site. For example, I paid £100 for a jacket on the US site, on the UK site it was £269, exact same jacket. I saved over 200 quid, postage was only 17. When the item arrived, it had the £269 price tag on it.

Fuck yea.

Nice thanks for the post. Not really my style but I appreciate variety. Anymore lesser known stores like this? Different style are always appreciated.

Sweet I'll that's a pretty good shopping tip. Is it like that most of the time?

Are you basically asking how you can look exclusive without paying an exclusive price tag?

Doesn't really work like that, bud.

>> No.6015462

>>6015416
Not sure, sometimes it is. Basically when you want to buy something, I'd check the price out on both sites first to see which would be a better deal.

Fair enough as you can probably tell I don't really get how fashion works.

But http://www.bershka.com/ is the kind of thing I'm looking for. It's a bit different to the normal Topman range. There must be more stores like this out there surely?

>> No.6015495

>>6015447

Oh yes it does. Most of the cheaper clothes look pretty much the same as the expensive ones, EXCEPT for the "brand".

Besides, who the fuck cares if they look "exclusive", as long as they look good. If you really care about looking exclusive and having brands you most likely have some issues buddy.

It's only £21.98. You have to convert it from New Taiwan Dollars. I'd still like to pursue, if you could point me in the right direction?
