Fiber, IMHO works best for short hair. Otherwise you will have obvious spots where there are no products and looks awkward. For the forming cream its like lotion and you can spread it etc.

Hair that's a bit shorter works better for manbuns, but you can still do it. Just put it in a low ponytail type thing the first time you wrap the elastic around, then on the second wrap just pull it half way through so you have a little loop.
And facial hair looks best with long hair/manbuns/etc, unless you have a really handsome masculine face.

Getting jeans that fit is a nightmare. For example, I own a few Superdry t-shirts (stop laughing at me ;___;) because the cut fits my shoulders without turning into a tent south of the chest but couldn't even get jeans from there in my waist past my calves. I'm growing my hair out...
It was a caesar cut... it is now 8 months grown out.
I haven't had it cut, just letting it grow.
Now it is super thick (my hair is very straight and very thick) and getting long in the back. It has a very heavy feel and look to it, and I fear the back of my head is nearing mullet.

Do I have it "thinned out"? Layered?
Was going for shoulder length and planned on just letting it grow out to pony tail length then have it cut, but this mullet worries me.

Having godly thick and course Italian hair. Also whomever styled his hair is Hermes in house stylist so his creds must be good.

Try Oribe though, it's expensive but is amazing. Their fiber has polymers in it so it makes this stringy effect.

Don't do no-poo myself, but that makes sense to the theory of it.
Supposedly you strip your natural oils when you constantly shampoo.
Your body has to constantly produce more and more oil to compensate.
Suddenly stopping shampoo, you get lots of excess oil (which looks good on you I assume)
After a while your body adjusts
