I just went from Long hair (at least 19 inches long) and just got it all cut off, to a 2 on the sides and back, and a inch and a half on top, and tapers shorter. feels good man. I've had long hair pretty much my whole life so its a real transformation.

Why is my beard still soft? Is it related to how often you shave or does it take a certain time to grow harder hair unrelated to if you shave?

His hair is kind of a wavy curl to begin with, but I do notice in a lot of pictures that they've put an oil or some conditioning product in it to smooth it out, or in others it hasn't been totally straightened. If your hair is a really loose curl you could give it a go, but just be careful about conditioning it before and after so it doesn't get too dry.

Also, my chin is weak, my ears are wide as hell(If I wore plugs, they would be pointing forward like subwoofers, in a 80º angle with my head) and my nose looks almost jewish.

I use shampoo like once every two or three weeks. I find that after my hair dries in a certain way, it's impossible for it to be shaped in any other way unless it's washed again. Like, if I wash my hair then brush it to the side while it's still drying, it'll stay that way and be impossible to have it hang straight, but if I let it dry with my hair in my face, it won't stay to the side no matter how much I brush it.
