Well I don't have first hand experience of a GS unfortunately. I still would like to have a 9F even after this.
What I can say about the Citizen is that it's dead silent, you only hear it when it's next to your ear. The backlash mechanism is perfect; I know the 9f still has some wobble despite having it. Date change happens exactly at midnight. Quality and finishing side I'd say it's on par with GS, this is said also by youtube reviewers etc.
This thing can't be regulated independently though which sucks when you compare it to the 9F. Eventual service cost will also likely be higher since the movement is more complex.
