Pic related is a good fit for a Reverso. Dainty, discreet and refined, just like it's supposed to be.

The impressive, highly complicated Reversos are large, yes, but that's also largely unavoidable. Even the largest Reversos don't offer much space for a watchmaker to work in.

The rule of thumb when sizing a square/rectangular watch is to consider the diagonal, since that will be a rough spproximation to what the round equivalent would wear like.

All of these are too big and look cartoonish.
The reason is easy to understand : people believe BIG WATCH = BIG DICK. It's the same reason why so many retards drive SUVs eventhough they live in large cities. It makes their lives absolutely miserable but they refuse to acknowledge it because they've been told so many times that BIG THING = BIG DICK.

Pic related is a 33mm round watch on an average man wrist. it looks ABSOLUTELY PERFECT and you can just tell how comfy it must feel on the wrist. Why would anyone want some something bigger is a mystery to me.

A GMT is useful for an international pilot who thinks in UTC offsets and needs to know the local time at his destination.

For a guy who is on vacation, all he has to do is a little arithmetic, a GMT is unnecessary. A Hometime complication or even just a jumping hour hand like the Omega Globemaster is equally useful.

Rolexes in general don't look bad when they're well-worn. They are tough watches, and a beat-up Day-Date is pretty cool because of the "I don't give a fuck" attitude of the wearer.

With regards to the Datejust, one with a smooth bezel and Oyster bracelet is basically just an OP with a date. A fluted bezel and Jubilee combination would probably get more beaten-up looking because of the soft gold, but then again how much damage do you do to your watches anyway?

The modern 6 digits Datejust has a lot more polished areas (lugs and central links) than the OP. They look nice and shiny when they're brand new but I don't think these will age particularly well.
I'd go for an OP (green or blue) in 36mm, or an Explorer1. Cool little watch.

There's also the economics of replica watches. To make a good one, you have to buy a real one and tear it apart.

The rep factories will only do that if they can assure themselves of enough sales to cover their initial investment in a quick enough time before the other rep factories create cheaper copies of the first replica. Not enough people want one.

That's usually the answer to the question of "Why isn't there a good/any replica of X?"

I mean I get your point, you only live once. But every time I get money I'd rather just put more into the principal of the house. I honestly just want to stop paying rent/mortgage. I know after mortgage there's still insurance and property taxes but that should be negligible compared to principal and interest.

The most hilarious part about all of this is for living in the freeist country in the world you don't really feel free. Like my other home in Thailand, I just paid $90k cash, in a decent area in Bangkok. And property taxes is like $300/year. After that I only pay for electricity.

Here in the US my property taxes is $12k/year and insurance is 1.7k/year because I live in LA.

Nah they are very strict there. Touching the girls is extremely taboo and forbidden. And without speaking Japanese, you can forget it. 9 out of 10 people there don't speak english. (Obviously no one speaks german or greek either for that matter) So I am kinda managing with my extremely bad japanese. If you get the number of the girl, then it's up to you how you manage it, but they will contact you too, asking you if you want to visit today and stuff.
If you can take her out on a date, then you're on a decent path to get something more out of it.
About sex though, it finds you, you don't have to look for it. It costs ¥20K for 40 mins but so far they let me stay until I finish. If it's 1 hour or 2, don't matter. Maybe because my dick ain't 4 inches? Don't know. Mandatory showering first, too. Which I find pretty nice.
Girls bar = Not Sex. It's a lot more wholesome. Karaoke, drinking, pictures etc. Kawaii shit like omelette with smiley.

Problem is, there are simply far too many girls bars. Not only in Kabukichō, but everywhere in tokyo's big districts (Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro--).
Now why do people pay for that? I don't know. Literally why would you want to talk to a woman? If this was germany or greece, I would've never considered paying to talk to these women. I do it for the experience and practice. Why it's so popular in general, that I don't know. Plus, I am always, Always the one foreigner. The watch itself looks pretty generic IMHO. I mean from a design perspective I don't know how that's different from this $100 watch.

I don't understand why they don't just make more blueberry subs, they look so cool. Starbucks looks great, too. How hard is it to get the green bezel?

I was offered a sub in any flavor after purchasing the pelagos & reverso, choose the green. No wait time.

Blue bezel subs are readily available from basically all AD's, issue is cost. Most people would rather have the yellow gold over the white gold.
