The ponytail don't work imo, try this instead, you can do without the back part too, or have it longer if you want more like the half naked bait pic.

To obtain the rough hairstyle:
1. Be East Asian.
2. Read 1.
3. Just grow out your hair lol. The idea is to keep the sides lengths in control or your head turns into a soccer ball. Ask your barber to cut the sides using scissors pointed down (Asian barbers will probably know what I mean, read 1. again), but keep some length so you don't look like you have a stupid undercut. Side perm is also an option. Keep the sideburns long, try to keep your ears exposed until your hair is long enough to be swiped back behind your ears.

I actually have 5th degree black belt in kendo and she's doing practice swings to the head, which are called shomen suburi.

Her form is pretty bad, seems she's hodling shinai (practice bamboo sword) for the first time. Left hand should always be at the base of the handle (tsuka) to have bigger leverage while striking. She's swinging shinai too far back, which is mainly only done in some warm up exercises. Also the finishing strike is too high as she's hitting a giant, the cut should be finished around your eye level, emulating a cut to the head of a person roughly the same height as you. The pop she does at the end of the strike is pretty alright though, in kendo we have a thing calles "sae" which means sharpness of the strike. That's accomplished by using a technique called tenouchi when you grip the shinai a bit tighter when it's about to hit a target and also bring your back foot in to have balanced stance, which is called hikitsuke. You can get a similar pop when you are using these principles. She seems to be in good spirit though and seems to enjoy suburi quite a bit, since she's smiling so much. We rarely practice kendo in swimsuits though.

a 5th dan in kendo is actually pretty high-ranking and unless you're incredibly fit and/or are of a similar rank in another martial art it's unlikely
