Yeah this is my general feeling too, they sort of fail to be as comfortable as regular runners while also not formal enough to be proper dress shoes
I found these at an op shop and they’re in great condition, but I’m not sure when I’d ever wear them.
Maybe they could work with chino shorts for a semi-formal look at an outside party on a hot day
