The braces are kind of ridiculous, I'd shrink them down to a 1" and switch the shirt for a button down to make it more skinhead than an extra from PB. Get oxblood brogues.

Idk about the fishtail part, but Spier & Mackay make reasonably priced high rise trousers. There's also Luxire if you want to go the made to measure route. You can thrift (though at your size that'd be tough), or you can find a good local tailor and have them make you a pair.

Yes. If you're going for 20s style, virtually nothing outside of specifically trad/prep/ivy menswear is going to have what you need (usually a much taller collar with longer points). Mass market collars today are tiny, weak, and generally unflattering on everyone.

Lardini makes those or used to up until a few seasons ago. Both the Luxor (gurkha, sort of) and the Giza (fishtail with adjuster at the back) model. I own both, I'll take some pics tomorrow.

You might want to look on the Labour Union Clothing website as well, they aren't high-end by any means but they usually have 20's and 30's inspired pieces.

With "cheap" I didn't mean that they're actually cheap, it's just that the slightly shiny fabric, coupled with the micro-pattern on the shirt, makes them look cheap as in, RTW stuff you picked up at a mall 8 years ago-cheap. You also might want to avoid stretch fabrics for that very reason.

Shiny fabrics also subtly increase the formality. If you allow me to draw a parallel, worsted wool is a lot more formal than flannel or tweed.

All things aside, you're putting some efforts into creating your own style, that alone makes you better dressed than 90% of people out there. It'll take a while tho and it's a trial and error process.

The thing is, if you do not conform to whatever is trendy among normies atm, you'll stick out like a sore thumb, which is why your outfit has to be flawless, in order to pull it off.

It's a copy and paste of early 2010's Northeast Coast hipster aesthetics filtered through a costume party. It seems like a parody rather than a form of self expression.

The flat cap does the most damage. They are really hard to pull off without looking like a tool. It also makes a weird head profile that obscures your otherwise handsome face. The suspenders are also bad, but there might be a place for them. Suspenders are hard because if you are skinny you look nuero-atypical, and if you're jacked you look like a skinhead.

If you want to go for a classic look, that's fine, but it will need to be more understated. If you want flamboyance, go for a different look. The problem with the peaky blinders look is that it mixes boring fashion anachronisms with a vibe that needs extreme social grace to pull off. Still, you seem to be passionate about style so it would be cool to see one of your less costume-like fits.
