Can confirm, did manual labour for one year and I considered suicide if it were to become my future. To wake up every morning I sat down in the shower in the dark, at work I would constantly think of other things to try and not get too depressed, and after work I had no energy to do anything else so I often just laid in bed and watched youtube. Didn't even make a lot of money in exchange for the piss poor quality of life.

My style is more on a sports side of things and after looking through omegas and being denied buying oyster perpetual i stumbled upon defy and got a chance to try it. Fooking fantastic piece. And now you!re telling me those are getting discontinued. That really makes me sad. I mis few bucks to get one straight away but in this case I’m willing to finance, but overall Zenith makes like 10k pieces a year? I may not have a chance to get one.

There's actually very little that distinguishes rolex from other industrial scale manufacturers. Omega for instance at least has Co-Axial movements to rest their hat on.

90% of the rolex cache is branding that rests upon people who wore them 70 years ago and it has very little to do physical attributes. This isn't to say they are bad, but they just are not significantly better in terms of manufacturing than other high end makers.
