get a bucket, add water, add detergent made for whites, leave it in for 2-5 hours, come back scrub with a soft brush and some soap. works for me. but for teh actual boost, you cant really get the stain out

this works for me. get some special cleaning solution specially make for sneakers and it works.

Put it in the washer
Take out the laces and sole. Dont put the sole in the washer and put the laces in a mesh bag or soak them/hand wash them.

Some soles are fine like converse soles but a pair of New balance soles of mine completely shredded to bits. Shoe was fine and bright white otherwise.

just clean the soles with a toothbrush and soap then put them in the wash without laces and soles with bleach it'll make them pretty damn clean and the fabric isn't gonna tear
