To be fair, genetics play a pretty huge role in the whole equation - no denying that. I'm not hugely into skincare but here's some tips if you want:
-If you can afford to pay slightly more for exfoliators/peelings: don't buy the physically exfoliating gels and creams(the shits with granules and beads) but rather a chemical/enzymatic peeling which you apply all over your skin in a thin layer and it essentially dissolves the whole layer much more uniformly and does not cause scarring/physical damage
-Don't over-moisturize(can clog you skin), use maybe 2 types of cream and sunscreen in a day and night cycle, light cream in the night before sleep after washing your face with some cleanser, sunscreen in the morning(don't let that shit get into your eyes)
-Depending on the skin, but generally wash you face once a day unless you're a literal greaseball. Use a gentle gel cleanser
-Use peeling and masks(highly recommend clay masks) 2-3 times a week at maximum, I usually do one peeling on monday and a clay mask on thursday
-Preferably get a DE razor, at least in my case it is cheaper and better than a cartridge
-Drink water, don't drink and smoke/dope too much
