Skinhead style can look good if you know the original style, 6/8 eyelet boots with regular or dm soles, regular fitting natural rise jeans like wranglers or levis and lee and slim fitting ben sherman shirts or something similar with with 1 inch braces, and short, but not bald hair with a razor parting.

Unfortunately most people dress like 80s skins when the style went to shit.

Grafters are one of the cheap knock-offs. The originals were mystery boots from eastern europe.
