I’m doing pretty well, anons. This time last year I was 180lbs and now I’m down to 150ish (5’11”) and my goal is 135. My personal best was 146 but I got there with some seriously unhealthy habits. This time I’m clean living, straightedge and eating lots of whole foods and cooking my own meals instead of eating out. It’s really paid off! Currently working on carving caffeine out of my diet and saving it for a treat instead of a daily routine.

Uhh, how about stop binging? You can raise your daily cal limit if that helps. Most people that have problems with binging find it easier to resist the urge when they stop restricting as heavily.
