I have the reasons here it looks like a costume. To make it more natural:
Make the skirt longer. Below the knee. Anything shorter looks like you're trying to do sexy cosplay. Real trad clothes have long skirts, and anything that shows knees or thighs is a larp.
Fix the color coordinations so it matches but it's not the same exact color. It looks like a little kid costume when it's all the same color.

Other than that, it looks great and any biological girl could pull it off.

This isn't about bodies. This is about modesty. 12 year old girls a few decades ago used to dream about the day they could be ladylike and wear long skirts. 12 year olds wore knee-ish length, older girls and women wore below the knee. Short skirts made you look like a toddler. If someone has to show their legs just because they have legs that makes them seem really insecure. Who needs attention for their legs that badly. Dress properly.
