The under armor shirt is not workable outside of an athletic wear fit. There's a huge texture mismatch between it and the jeans, plus its generally hard to wear an item designed for a specific task outside of that context. Plus, the fit seems kind of awkward. You don't need to cut anymore, build muscle and definition by doing exercises at home, if you have dumbbells do a couple of reps in different positions, try and get to being able to do 50 push ups at a time (it's hard I know) and do 200 in a day every few days, also do leg flutters and crunches

You don't want to be particularly big but if you can have better body definition it'll make your look a lot sharper
