Not sure if this will answer your question, but I did a 42 hour fast regiment, as described in the book "The Complete Guide To Fasting" over the course of 4 months. This meant eating lunch and dinner (with no restrictions besides avoiding SUGAR at all costs), then waiting 42 hours to pick up at lunch again. I took only 5 days off during this fast regiment, maybe 10, somewhere between there. During the fasts I drank only water and coffee. I lost 30 pounds, going from 160 to 130.

I weigh 62.8kg/190cm today. Since I posted first time 59 days ago I've lost 7.2 kg and since I started browsing I've lost 9.2kg. I guess that is decent progress. I've noticed my jawline and chest is more defined.

Losing weight was really easy to be honest. I don't understand what it is fatties are complaining about. Coffee is a meme. It doesn't make you gain weight / metabolism. I stopped drinking coffee in some period, but it made no difference except making me more tired /sleepy. Diets and exercise is also a meme when it comes to weight loss. Just eat less than you burn, that is all there is too it.

With simple diet and cutting sugar, I dropped from 80 Kg (176 lbs) to 65 Kg (143 lbs) over 6 months.
Which is great, I feel better about myself.

So my measurements are 5'4", waist is 26" and hips are 27".

My routine has been under 1100 calories. Most days I keep it at 1000-900. I don't work out much, but walk places sometimes for basic cardio. I also do some barre occasionally.

My goal is to get down to 23" waist. I would like to get there by December. I don't weigh myself because I don't want to.

Should I be increasing my fitness, and lowing my calories more? Am I looking skinnyfat? I'd really appreciate some honest feedback about my body, and would like to know if I should cut the calories more.

how long have you been eating at 200? at 5'4" and 75lbs, if you've been restricting that strictly for an extended amount of time, you're in danger of refeeding syndrome. read up on how to avoid going into cardiac arrest first lol, then you should be fine eating at your BMR. you might see the scale go up the first few days, but that'll just be water weight from diet change and itll drop off again once you adjust. i'd also maybe recommend having someone on hand in case it gets scary.

and yeah, once you start eating normally again, you'll start feeling better in short order. give it like a week. i used to get like monstrous cramps in my calves every few weeks that would last for like days at a time and that went away once i had a more diverse and balanced diet. a lot of it has to do with electrolytes and vitamin deficiencies.
