I think it's very cringe for a man to dye his hair, period. If you're an attractive man, you can look good without needing to be blonde - if you aren't attractive, your new hair colour won't change much. If you're uncomfortable, you could seek for a different haircut that suits you, but I really don't see dyeing your hair as a legit way out.
