Everything is a bit oversized, and not in an intentional way. The jacket is hanging off your shoulders, the sleeves are too long, and the body is unflatteringly wide. Your pants meanwhile are too big in the waist and seat (hence the creasing around your junk and the excess fabric peeking out from behind your thighs), and they're too long so they bunch up at the knees and flare at the ankles. Honestly go to r/mfa and read the basic guide in the sidebar for an idea of how things "should" fit, then when you're shopping, err on the side of classic or straight cuts instead of slim. The bomber is ok, if a little played out. The graphic hoodie is disgusting- wear that shit around the house/to sleep in or not at all. Also not a fan of the black under so much green- plain white tee or a lighter coloured neutral hoodie if you insist on wearing one would look miles better. Cargo pants as a general rule should fit looser than what you've got there (there are exceptions but you don't need to worry about them yet). Chucks are fine on their own, but look like clown shoes with the tight pants.
Basically whatever you do, get a plain top. Then if you want a slimmer silhouette on bottom, copy any of the hundreds of millions of bomber jacket/slim jeans/sneakers fuccboi fits from a few years ago.
