Okay...then a few thoughts.

1) You really should jettison the watch. It's shit because of the design lines that mimic dress watches but lack the finishing and refinement in proportions to do the purpose justice. It's a contradiction of intent vs. execution.

2) Cigars are great, but if you want to smoke more regularly, consider a pipe.

3) Your shoes definitely need work; understand that shoes are just as much about function as any other piece in your ensemble, so I'm not saying you have to break the bank, I'm saying that you have to determine why you're wearing what looks like leather wide toed shoes that are designed towards formal functions with jeans which are for hardy day-to-day workman purposes. Wearing those shoes on a construction site or a factory floor would be as useless as wearing the jeans to a wedding. Furthermore, shoes are also a function of temperature; the hotter it is, the less enclosed and 'hardy' the shoe need be.

If it's 110 almost every day, you can opt for something like linen or other more breathable fabrics for your trousers. Lighter colours too are not a bad thing, especially with a skin colour like yours.
