To look like pic provides you could start with growing out your hair, and learning to styling it, hair could be fit in the messy but at the same time preppy kind.
Like I said the best thing you could do is being fit, and looking strong.

I don’t have tattoos and don’t plan on getting any ever.
Hmm people stare sometimes esp if I wear long dresses or skirts, I also like to wear headscarves or a pill box hat. I get the most stares whenever I’m near the campus or when I was in class. I had to tone down a bit bc I didn’t like the attention.
but for the most part it’s fine, but I also live in the south so it’s not a problem lol
