Why don't more women just leave their hair "natural"? Often hair these days is just too overdone. Too artificial, too processed. It looks synthetic. As though the goal is to strip it of its character.

Pic related. How hair is supposed to look. It's frizzy and somewhat oily, but it's far more attractive.

It's 2020, friendo. If you go back to the 1970s/1980s, the technology that we have today and how it's used would seem like something out of a sci-fi movie to the people at that time; completely unbelievable. And yet, here we are, living in this age of technological marvels.

We're living in a Cyberpunk future. Shouldn't women's hair have that Cyberpunk aesthetic?

There is no absolute truth though. I'm talking more about the overarching sense of it, compared to eg heated, chemically straightened, dyed, highly conditioned "for volume", etc. Hair should look good within its natural character, not trying to eliminate that character.

Nah, I like it.

>We're living in a Cyberpunk future. Shouldn't women's hair have that Cyberpunk aesthetic?
Absolutely not. The present day is the product of vast squandered potential, wrong turns, coverups and suppressed developments, artificially restricted public R&D, etc. We've neglected so much of biocompatibility and long term sustainability that there literally cannot be a cyberpunk future that lasts. The field which would have facilitated brain machine interfaces along with cures for most modern disease (even those caused by toxic environments), called bioelectromagnetics and magnetobiology, was also basically destroyed in the mid 90's.

Total downer, I know. I'd like to go back to the 90's. I have one foot in the old world, and one foot in the new. I never actually crossed over. It looks pretty bad to me.

I think there's a nice medium between processed to shit and caveman hair. I wash my hair in tea and blowdry with some a fancy hair dryer and i think my hair looks alright. just work with your hair instead of trying to fuck it into some whack style

I used some yucca based stuff for a while. Recently just started using castille soap. Might try putting some essential oils and herb extract sin it.
