you DO unstitch all visible branding from your clothes, right?
you're not a fucking walking billboard, are you?

Have 2 dickies pants. Unstiched them both. If I were a 16yo skater boy id probably keep em on

This is far more cringe than just wearing branded clothing. Wear clothing without labels if you care so much.

>> No.15121214

>>15121184
yeah no i just buy clothes without labels

>> No.15121227

You can't deny it would be cool if it became a trend to unstitch embroidered polo horses

>> No.15121232

I take the logos and tags off my pants as well. To the people saying just buy clothes without labels yes I also do that but sometimes you like the cut and feel of a certain brand but you don't care for their shitty logo. It takes only one minute to remove them with a seam ripper, it's no big deal.

Pro tip if you don't buy shit like this you don't have to.

>> No.15121447

If you buy from trendy brands like pic related, why would you do that? The whole point is to larp as a skater. Unbranded clothing is good but why would you buy marked up cheap polyester shit when you could buy quality?

yes, absolutely.

I don't see the point personally.
You worry too much about miniscule shit that doesn't matter.

No, but I attempt to buy clothing that doesn't have readily visible logos.

>>15121227
To be honest, PRL's stuff is of such bad quality nowadays that I'd much rather buy from anywhere else. The game wouldn't be worth the candle.

Yup, caring this much about something so small and mundane isn't /effay/

Hell no. If it's good for him, it's good for me.

I do this unironically. I think 90% of clothing products look better without branding. That being said, I wouldn't exactly take the swoosh off a Nike shoe since it's such a prominent part of the design.

the champion logo is so oversatured and played out I ripped out the logo from the spare hoodie I had. A few weeks later I saw my friend do the exact same thing.

Same reason why many shirts have a collar even though you're not expected to wear a tire with them. Or why a lot panties still have a bow in the front. It's a vestigial feature that became part of what makes the clothes that kind of garment.

>> No.15123382

I get this with Arcteryx. Makes my favourite clothing in basically all departments, but I don't wanna walk around wearing arc pants, arc shirt, arc jacket and an arc backpack. Makes me look giga shill, but I love their products.

>> No.15123410

Or you can buy what you like and do whatever you want to your clothing? Not every company/brand has the same cut, sizing, or material. You buy what you want and modify it however you want. No one says this about distressing denim or bleaching/dyeing your garments, but apparently if you want to take a patch off your jeans you're a try hard lmao. Is this a fashion board or not?

Yes. I bought german military physical training shirts from an army surplus store. they were 2 dollars each and are the comfiest and best fitting t shirts i've ever owned. didn't come with any tags on the shirts at all. All of you should unstich unsightly tags.
