Location is pretty unimportant right now when you're inside all day. The most important part is close access to a grocery store. I recently moved to Seattle as well, and I bounced around airbnb/temporary places while I found that "one" spot I /really/ liked.

Right now, there's a ton of college kids in the UW/Seattle U area moving back home since classes are now online, which means you can find cheapish rooms to sublet. That might be chill since it won't bind you to a lease. Sounds like you might prefer the Seattle U area, but there's less volume since it's a smaller school.
