I would imagine orthorexia and anorexia tend to cross streams rather often. Maybe I'm not of the norm, but I don't want to eat carbs or sweets or sodas, etc because they're unhealthy in large doses and because they're high-calorie. I'm fixing my mistakes now, and this time I'm not gonna stop at the lower end of normal BMI. 4kgs down, at least 15 more to go.

I am a bit concerned about lean body mass though. If the navy calculator is to be trusted, my first weight loss saw me go from 67 to 59kg lean mass, and it really shows - right now I look way worse at 75kg than I did back then. I didn't give a damn about macros or exercise back then though, so maybe this time will be different.

How do you eat 13000calories? I've had 3 binges this week just finished one each was around 4500 calories. I've fasted each full day after and have to fucking again tomorrow but that'll have me in a deficit for the week. Even if I just eat at a normal deficit tomorrow, which I should probably do desu, I'll be at maintenance for the week. Fasting just makes me binge again but I hate that I've wasted a week doing this on repeat. If I just let the first one on monday slide I'd be on track making progress by now.
