One of my favorites. Don’t know if I’d say it’s their best ever, performance isn’t fantastic, though not as bad as a lot of people say. It’s not really super citrusy. There’s citrus for sure, but it’s more smooth, sort of burnt orange-Cointreau sort of citrus. Not tart, just smooth, rich, and sweet. I’d say you get more watermelon and saltiness than citrus. I love it, and it’s very crowd-pleasing. Probably a pretty safe blind buy, no one’s going to hate it. Whether it’ll be worth the money to you is really a matter of personal opinion. At very least, it’s worth sampling. I don’t get the GIT comparisons at all. They smell nothing even remotely alike.

Just got my 30ml Black Orchid and 10ml Antaeus decant in. I now smell like a young homosexual with a mustache in a gay bar during the height of the AIDS epidemic. Antaeus really fucking reeks. It smells like a lightly soiled diaper that got thrown into a construction site. Together with the Black Orchid on my other arm, it really does smell like I want to get dicked down in the VIP area of a gay bar in the 80s by a bunch of dudes in leather jackets. Realistically I should have just sampled it at a Sephora instead of getting a decant.

I want to smell refined but young and playful, professional but at the same time cream the ladies. I'm looking for a daily driver frag, and might buy another one for going out to bars/clubs whatever.

So far I'm more inclined to TdH EdT but I'm afraid that it's too serious or old man-like.

Starts off smelling like green, metallic lavender to conjure up the smell of an old tailor shop (the name).

It eventually settles down to the typical fougere scent.

Performance is great and oakmoss is a listed ingredient. Don't overspray and it won't offend anyone in warm weather.

lurker sample anon checking in here, received my sample set order from january scent project like last week but haven’t had the chance to give them quality whiffing time yet, so thought i’d do something out of the norm and test them on strips before bed
now let me tell you right off the bat, these guys are not joking around, all of the scents that came in the sample set are the most niche and interesting things i’ve ever smelt from a fragrance company
eiderantler has got to be the most grey area nuke strength green i’ve ever smelt, it’s kinda hard to describe exactly, but it’s like if i were trapped in some woodland purgatory in the twilight zone, very nice albeit not exactly wearable imo
selperniku is a very smooth sweet floral with a slight gourmand hint to me, yet i can also smell what i believe to be a soft vetiver, but i can’t quite place where exactly it’s hiding within the other notes, to me this one is much more of a clear cut example of an unwearable and challenging scent, it also pretty perfectly represents the colour yellow to me which i find is quite interesting
vaporocindro would have been a nice rich and soft lavender flanked by the smell of budding flowers if it weren’t for the disgusting all-encompassing sour piss accord, real shame
serin has that same piss accord amped up to a ten but easily distinguishable from the other notes, as if that day old sour piss were brought out into the hot sun and allowed to fully evaporate, leaving a dry and heavy undertone of piss that you could never wash from your nose hairs. solid sharp zest and musk notes tho
dinudisit is quite the pleasant surprise, a solid maple note accompanied by the faintest honey i’ve ever smelled without being undetectable yet not at all a gourmand scent. if anything, i’d label it a warm floral, maybe that has to do with the mix of musk, vetiver, and clean caramel. either way, it’s a snice and interesting take and probably the most wearable of the bunch
