I've been to the UK several times, Harringtons are quite common among the "normal" (i.e. not skins/punks/whathaveyou) populace. Not ubiquitous, but quite common anyway.

In short, noone would think you're a skinhead (in UK or anywhere else) unles you don the complete fit. And even so, harringtons were mor comon among hard mods/early skinheads. The archetypical image of a skinhead people have since the early 80's wears bomber jackets instead.

Even if you don't see the code, you could probably just hold off on buying it and check everyday. They're always putting things on sale and harrington jackets appear to be one of those things that they sell nearly year round.

They also have actual Baracuta harringtons, but they're pricey. However, they also go on sale, but not as often as the non-Baracuta jackets. I bought a Baracuta G9 from then in tangerine. Looks and fits really nice on me and I get tons of compliments, but it hangs in my wardrobe 85% of the time because I'm scared of getting it dirty. I always have this fantasy about finding a gf someday and she steals it from me because she thinks it looks better on her. One can dream.
