I don't have it down to a science yet, but I use a easy hold grooming cream to give it some hold and definition to avoid it being frizzy, typically on days I shampoo (I shampoo on 3-4 day intervals), but occasionally when I think I need a little more hold. I use argan oil conditioer most days, but sometimes I just rinse my hair. I hope that helps anon!

I destroyed my already fucked up hair, once again. I tried taking some advice by putting in a hair mask but it just fell out in record numbers. I found out a huge culprit was coconut oil, so once I stopped using any and all products with coconut oil I stopped losing hair for a good while and it smoothed out. But then I started using de-frizz oils and putting (normal) conditioner in my hair too often, since I didn’t realize there was something called “over-conditioning” until just now when I figured out why my shitty hair is dry and brittle again (this time even worse than before).

Jesus, I’m such a dumbass. Really wondering what to do at this rate because I can’t straighten my hair without it looking like pieces of straw and I’m afraid blowing it dry will damage it more.
